The ruthless Martian leader is intent upon learning the secret of space travel from the captive Earthman. Despite all threats, our spaceman heroically refuses to reveal his information. Attempting to trick a confession from his prisoner, the Martian holds up an ordinary Martian telephone in front of the spaceman. "Reveal what I wish to know or this brain machine will destroy your mind!" The spaceman, though unaware of the hoax, bravely refuses to yeild to the Martian's demands.Continued on Card #39
